Kim is a Business owner, Director and advocate of the exploration and mining industry. Kim is the CEO and founder of Xplore Resources, an exploration and professional services firm focused on working with businesses to develop exploration and mining projects both in Australia and overseas. Kim has been Chair of the Queensland Exploration Council (QEC) since 2019, where she is committed to working with the sector in promoting Queensland’s prospectivity across the globe. In addition, she holds a number of Directorships including on the ASX, not for profit and private sector. Kim has strong community ties through charity work, including being on the Board of Prince Charles Hospital Foundation since 2018.
